Professor John Greabe discusses the case of New Hampshire resident Robert Frese, who was arrested for criminal libel after making accusations against a police officer on Facebook. The charges against Frese were dropped and he is now suing to have the statute declared unconstitutional. Professor Greabe is co-council with the ACLU in this lawsuit, representing Frese.
